Blut, Schweiß und Tränen all das gehört zum Körper dazu und hängt miteinander zusammen. Wenn man es auf die Anatomie von Haudegen überträgt, dann steht Blut für den Kopf, Schweiß für das Herz und Tränen für die Seele. Und weil das Eine jeweils nicht ohne das Andere funktioniert, bringen Haudegen nun mit Blut, Schweiß und Tränen drei Alben heraus auf einen Schlag. Der Leitspruch von ‚Blut, Schweiß und Tränen‘ ist: Haudegen geben dir alles! , sagt Hagen Stoll und fügt hinzu: Wir geben nicht nur alles sondern wir haben auch alles dafür gegeben. Wir haben dieses Mal alle Facetten, die wir in uns tragen, in unsere Kunst gesteckt. Haudegen verstehen es, die Komplexität des Lebens auf drei verschiedene Platten zu pressen. Wir sind ja nicht immer in der gleichen Stimmung, sondern haben wie jeder Mensch auf dieser Welt je nach Situation verschiedene Gefühlslagen , erklärt Sven Gillert, mal schwitzt der Körper, mal blutet er, mal weint er . Blut, Schweiß und Tränen ist für Haudegen ein wichtiges Album nicht nur musikalisch. Wir haben dieses Dreifach-Album komplett unabhängig voneinander produziert. Das ist eine Art Befreiungsschlag. Wir hatten davor nie die Möglichkeit, alle unsere künstlerischen und musikalischen Nuancen auf einmal zu zeigen, erklärt Hagen. Mit der Platte Blut verleihen Haudegen ihrer Wut Ausdruck. Damit knüpfen sie an ihre allererste EP an und kehren zu ihren Wurzeln zurück. Auf Blut präsentieren sich die beiden laut und auch etwas stur. Es ist das Album, das Haudegen schon immer machen wollten, aber das ihnen lange verwehrt blieb. Wem der wütende Haudegen auf ‚Blut‘ zu laut ist, der kann ‚Schweiß‘ oder ‚Tränen‘ hören es ist halt für jeden etwas dabei , unterstreicht Sven und verweist auf die anderen beiden Platten. Schweiß ist das typische Haudegen-Album der vergangenen Jahre: Hier machen Hagen und Sven keine Experimente. Sie machen einfach ihr Ding, singen Hymnen über die Freundschaft und das Leben. Wenn es nach ihnen geht, ist das Album der legitime Nachfolger von Lichtblick . Hagen und Sven sind sich einig: Um ‚Schweiß‘ zu mögen, muss man nicht mal Haudegen-Fan sein! Das Album Tränen ist die ruhige, melancholische Seite von Haudegen. Hagen und Sven lassen ihren Tränen freien Lauf. Blood, sweat and tears all belong to the body and are connected with each other. When translated to the anatomy of warhorses, blood is the head, sweat for the heart, and tears for the soul. And because one thing does not work without the other, warriors now bring out three albums with blood, sweat and tears. The motto of ‚Blood, Sweat and Tears‘ is: Warriors give you everything! says Hagen Stoll and adds: We not only give everything but we have given everything for it. This time, we’ve put all the facets that we carry into our art.
Warriors know how to squeeze the complexity of life onto three different plates. We are not always in the same mood, but like every person in this world, depending on the situation, they have different emotional states, explains Sven Gillert, sometimes the body is sweating, sometimes it is bleeding, sometimes it is crying. Blood, sweat and tears are an important album not only musical for warriors. We produced this triple album completely independently of each other. This is a kind of liberation. We never had the opportunity to show all our artistic and musical nuances at once, explains Hagen.
Warriors express their anger with the Blood Plate. So they tie in with their very first EP and return to their roots. On blood, the two present loud and also a little stubborn. It’s the album that warriors have always wanted to do, but that was denied them for a long time. Who the angry warrior on ‚blood‘ is too loud, who can hear ’sweat‘ or ‚tears‘ there is something for everyone, Sven points out and points to the other two records.
Sweat is the typical Haudegen album of the past years: here Hagen and Sven do no experiments. They just do their thing, singing hymns about friendship and life. When it comes down to them, the album is the legitimate successor to Lichtblick. Hagen and Sven agree: „To like ’sweat‘, you do not even have to be a fanatics fan!
The album Tears is the calm, melancholy side of Haudegen. Hagen and Sven let their tears run free. They’re rough guys, but they’re also friends who can tell touching ballads with simple words
